We are sorry that we can not install customer supplied parts , we used to do it when we first open our shop but we did run into so many problems with cheap Chinese parts that customers brought in and also we did have many problems when it comes to warranty the job so WE NO LONGER INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS.
YES ! We have key drop on our door , you can simply park your vehicle and drop the keys thru the main office door.Please leave your info in the car so we can get in touch with you.
NO ! if you car is acting up tune up will not fix the problem ,tune up is regular maintenance , if you vehicle is acting up we need to find the root of the problem and fix it .Again tune up is not fixing ....
Yes we work on older vehicles but please understand that we approach older vehicles very carefully , most of the time older cars needs more work than owner thinks it needs and at the end of the story we end up being a bad mechanic shop cause owner thinks we try to sell him/her more work! because of this very reason we are little bit picky on older cars that we work on
we charge $85 for diagnostic and most of the time we can waive that fee if you do the repair but if we do diagnostic on electrical issue we can not waive that fee cause electrical problems takes time to find out ...
